700 Delivery Details

Delivery to the UK and Beyond

We send orders by either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 services or via a tracked Courier service which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to collect the parcel or rearrange delivery with the service. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the service in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

In the event that you select a business address for delivery we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service.

We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

Despite their designations, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 are prioritised services but NOT guaranteed and may take longer than their target times, depending on the delivery network.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Deliveries to the EU and beyond may well be subject to CUSTOMS IMPORT CHARGES & DUTIES - These are your responsibility - please do not ask us to pay these charges for you!
Please also do not ask us to alter the costs of goods on shipping documentation - we WILL NOT, under any circumstances, change this information.

NOTE : POST BREXIT there can be significant delays to your parcels due to Customs.

This is beyond our control:

If your parcel is held at customs be aware that there is NOTHING we or our couriers can do to expedite delivery. We are unable to contact Overseas Customs as this would be seen as interfering in the Customs Process. In these circumstances we ask that you are patient. If parcels do not clear your customs and are returned to us - we will refund the cost of goods on your order. In the vast majority of cases, items are released onward and are delivered.

If you refuse goods on the basis of Customs charges / import duties, or if a parcel is retuned to us unclaimed for whatever reason : we will not refund shipping costs. In addition, once goods are received back we reserve the right to levy a 10% Re-Stocking and Administration fee.

In cases where an attempt at delivery has been made and parcels are subsequently returned to us, we will again refund the Item costs and reserve the right to levy the 10% fee to cover administration costs.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost subsequent to a delivery attempt.

Delivery to Unlisted Destinations

If your destination country is not listed in our shipping list, we may still be able to arrange delivery. In some cases/destinations it can be prohibitively expensive to ship goods so we will take the time to establish what you need and arrange a shipping quote and will do so on a case-by-case basis.

Please Contact Us listing the items you require and provide full contact details / billing address and telephone number. We will respond as soon as possible with a quote and with payment options.

IMPORTANT!

Exceptions to Displayed Delivery Rates

  • International and non-mainland UK shipping costs may be subject to change due to size and weight of the item purchased. If this occurs then the customer will be notified and made aware of any additional payments that may be required prior to goods being shipped and funds being taken from their account.
  • Most items on our website are eligible for free delivery, however there are a few items which are not. Notably, heavy and bulky items such as Turbo Trainers and Smart bikes and in these instances we levy a charge that invariably covers half of the shipping costs we incur.
  • Please also note that a delivery charge is levied for all Cycle To Work Scheme sales of Bikes and Bulky Items at a flat rate of £50. Exceptions include Freight Items such as Indoor Smart Bikes where the Charge is £80
