With our desire to be more than simply a bike shop, we are slowly expanding our services, aiming to provide our customers with relevant opportunities to enhance their cycling experience. Along with our fully guided cycling holidays we are now pleased to offer you Yoga for Cyclists, a series of sessions that will directly benefit your cycling as well as your general physical and mental well being. 

Yoga for Cyclists is a specifically modified version of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, a style of Yoga that focuses on the relationship between breath and movement. Yoga for Cyclists will help all levels of cyclist improve stability, core strength and balance critical for achieving a comfortable and efficient position on the bike and will enhance your cycling enjoyment.

In addition, you will learn to deepen and control your breathing which will help both on the bike as well as off it - helping you achieve a grounded feeling of calm.

Absolutely no Yoga experience is required and Vikki - our resident Yogi - will ensure you feel comfortable as she takes you through the sessions with an unquestionable focus on progress, not perfection.
